Prior to entering law school, Mr. Cichowski spent almost fifteen years in the practice of engineering; including eight years as a Professional Engineer licensed by the State of Texas.

Following law school they accepted positions at two of the largest personal injury law firms in San Antonio at that time. In 2000, they formed the law offices of Watkins, Cichowski & Gonzalez, P.C., and began focusing their practice on representing people who had suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of trucking accidents and automotive product defects.

In 2004, the firm name was changed to Cichowski & Gonzalez, P.C.
